Young Gouda made by Maple Leaf that we smoked in house. One of our most popular cheeses. The smoky character is reserved, almost sweet. If you've only had the typical nose burning hickory smoked version, this is a treat. A favourite of the under 10 crowd too.

Once opened from the packaging - Change the wrap every few days, or each time you use it, whichever is first.
Some of it may be high-moisture and for that reason, you may eventually find some mold growing on it - Simply cut / scrape off and continue to enjoy!
