We age this bleu an extra few months for a stronger flavor and a creamier finish, without the bitterness some bleus develop.
A good place to start with bleu, and one you’ll come back to after trying plenty of others.

Fantastic flavour, great by itself or on plain crackers. A slice of apple or pear is a great compliment to the deep flavour of the cheese. It is my favourite.
